has performance fee
ONLY. It means we get
commission only if there
is profit on client’s
account. The percent
rate of the fee is set
to 10% and applied every
3 months. Example,
if a client allocated
USD10 000
and fund’s performance
during next 3 months was 12%, fee will be
calculated like this:

Total profit will be:
USD10 000 x 12% = USD1200

Commission will be:
USD1200 x 10% = USD120
-
Net profit for client:
USD1200 - USD120 =
USD1080
Fee is applied from
profits made above so
called “highest
watermark”. Imagine your
account was USD100 000 at the
beginning of 6th month
and became USD95 000 at the
8th month, then grew to
USD108 000 in the next month. In
such situation fee is
applied only to USD8 000
which is the real profit
from previous USD100 000 and
current USD108 000.
